American Dream

21 Savage has been promoting a new project, including Donald Glover and Caleb McGlaughlin. Yesterday, 21 Savage announced his third solo studio album, American Dream, will drop this Friday. In doing so, released a four minute trailer, including Glover and McGlaughlin, that alludes to a film in theaters this Independence Day.
The tailer uses Caleb McGlaughlin and Donal Glover as 21 Savage as different stages in life. The American Dream, alludes to 21 Savage’s ICE arrest story, after coming from London in hopes to live as an American citizen. 21 Savage is also in the video rehearsing a new single throughout, in what appears to be some sort of legal meeting room. Towards the end of the trailer, Glover’s version of 21 Savage says while in a studio setting, “When I first got here, they didn’t even give me a name. Just number 21. They treated us like savages.” Hense, where 21 Savage got his rap name from.
It appears more new music from 21 Savage is near, with a potential new documentary as well about his life that seemed so secretive up until now. Are you excited to learn more about 21 Savage in these new projects this year?
