Benny The Butcher

Benny The Butcher has been getting a lot of positive attention as of late, from the music he has been putting out. Unfortunately, he is now making headlines for something that we would not wish upon anyone. The Buffalo, New York rapper was allegedly visiting some friends in Houston over the weekend, and was shot in the leg at a local Walmart.

Apparently Benny and his friends were sitting inside their vehicle, when five men came from the store, and approached their vehicle. These men asked the rapper and his friends for their chains, which lead to the attempted robbery allegation. It was stated that Benny moved a bit too slow for the robber’s liking, causing one of them to fire off a round of bullets, hitting Benny in the leg.

At this moment, both parties fled the scene, but Benny’s team eventually pulled over and called the police. The criminals in this particular case have yet to be identified, and Benny is in the hospital, currently with no word on his condition.

Lil Boosie was reportedly shot in the leg over the weekend, as well. He is supposed to be fine. It is tragic to see such violent events continuing to play out so causal and often in our country. We hope for Benny to have a speedy recovery.
