Just over a week ago, the Internet was broken over Jack Harlow’s realization that Brandy and Ray J were real siblings. Brandy had a few words via social media directed towards Jack, sharing a bit of shame that he was not aware of this hip-hop history fact. Though she stated it was all in good fun, she had more she wanted to share.

Jack Harlow has hits. It is undeniable. One of the latest, is First Class, which uses Fergie’s Glamorous sample on the chorus. Well, Brandy had some fun with this one, as she has just released a new freestyle over the beat, and seems to take plenty shots directed right at Jack Harlow.

Funny enough, it was Ebro from Hot 97 who shared the track, which you can now find on his SoundCloud page. It has been live for less than 24 hours and seems to have around 65,000 reactions so far. Brandy opens her freestyle heavy with the infamous HOV bar, “allow me to reintroduce myself.” On one hand, reminding Jack Harlow just who she is, and on the other, to show off that she can do more than just sing. Brandy, was about to hit us with bars.

Brandy went for about a minute and a half. She used little hints to dig at Jack, like referencing herself as the ‘Jack’ of all trades, and reminding people that she is still ‘Poppin.’ Of course, she had to throw in a little mention about her brother Ray J as well, which is what got us all here in the first place.

She remanded her respect, but honestly, I do not think anyone disrespected her. She did her thing, but I think she went in with Jack as her target for no real reason. Unless, the reason was to bring back some life to her catalog. Maybe there will be more new Brandy on the way. Y’all ready for that?
