Joyner Lucas Comes for Lollapalooza

Joyner Lucas

Joyner Lucas has had quite the issue with Lollapalooza this year. Lollapalooza is one of the hottest festivals of the year, and it seems like he may have already thrown in the towel on his performance, after the set list was revealed two days ago. Where you end up on the list is always a trending topic, and Joyner was not so happy about his spot.

In since deleted tweets, Joyner Lucas went off on the Lollapalooza flyer. He was upset by his location of the flyer, ten rows down. I would say rightfully so, though since Lollapalooza is a variety of music, I could just be unclear of the status of many before him. Joyner’s tweets were aggressively unhappy about the location of his name on the flyer, stating Lollapalooza was basically mocking him and offering an embarrassing bag for his performance. He stated that going top 10 on Billboard as an independent artist makes him more worthy of his location on the flyer, and declared he’d no longer be performing at the festival.

It does not end there, however. Machine Gun Kelly is one of the headliners, and boy did Joyner Lucas come for him. Joyner does have a good relationship with Eminem, but Em does not ask his peers to pick up his beef, for anyone. Multiple tweets against Machine Gun Kelly read:

Then you got this goofy a** ***** headlining? How Sway?

Someone said don’t bring out the rap devil. Maaaaan listen. What my brother Marshall did to MGK is light compared to what is waiting for if he wanna walk down that street with me. Ain’t nobody worried about a ***** who paint his nails. FOH.

It seems like the beef could be Joyner sticking up for Marshall in his own rights, while being upset Lollapalooza at the same time. Or, is it true at all?

Earlier today, Joyner Lucas removed all posts from his page, replacing them a new tweet suggesting he got hacked.

Them Damn Russian hackers dun hacked my phone yesterday smh

Machine Gun Kelly has not seemed to respond to the Tweets so far. He is gearing up to drop an album at midnight, so he probably is not too worried (though he does love a Twitter beef).

I definitely do not believe this was a hacked situation, but I do not blame Joyner’s frustrations, either. A bit dramatic, for sure. But, he could have been moved up just a bit.
