Luh Tyler Taps in With Uzi on Debut Mixtape

4.5.23

Luh Tyler is Tallahassee’s new, young rising star. At just seventeen years old, Luh Tyler has been receiving tons noise and hype around the industry, even prior to dropping his debut mixtape this past Friday. While Luh Tyler just announced singing a deal with Atlantic Records, he also scored a featuring with one of hip-hops favorites from today, Lil Uzi Vert.

Luh Tyler’s debut mixtape, My Vision includes seventeen tracks and five music videos. He recently released single featuring Babytron, 2022’s XXL Freshman Class 10th Spot Winner. While a few other features are available on the project, the one that sticks out is Lil Uzi Vert.

When it comes to Gen Z listening to hip-hop, Uzi is one of the leadings artists in the category. He also has a deal with Atlantic Records. With this, it makes a really organic duo to have Uzi being one of the major artists from today collaborate with the rising star of Luh Tyler. And to be honest, he did not hold back on the verse either. Uzi uses a smooth hip-hop flow rhyming similar syllables throughout the verse. He also strategically shouts out Tallahassee and Atlantic in the verse, which means he was really paying attention to who he was working with on this project.

Since releasing five days ago, the audio video on YouTube has seen over 630,000 views. Are you feeling Luh Tyler’s latest work?
