Megan Makes Her Mark

Megan The Stallion lands the cover for Forbes Magazine Special Edition; Forbes 30 Under 30. This makes Megan the first black woman to land the cover ever on Forbes 30 Under 30. A powerful move in itself, followed up with several others from this roll out.
So 30 Under 30, how much is Megan making? According to the publisher, Megan Thee Stallion has an income of $13 million, yearly, which is from a combination of music, ticket sales and endorsements. And Megan has no desire to slow down anytime soon.
In a video interview with Forbes, Megan talked about getting involved in so many different things, from music, to writing, directing, filming, acting, and of course, school. She gave a nod to both her parents, suggesting they always had multiple passions and means of income, and that is where she would get this from.
In just the four minute interview, I learned a lot about Megan’s grind, and hustle. One thing that stood out to me was when she said, “I had two Plan As, rapping was not a Plan B and School was no a Plan B.” Megan got her degree, and continues to make waves in the music industry.
But of course we have to bring this up: it just so happened that Megan Thee Stallion decided to drop to cover on the same day that Tory Lanez was due in Court for their legal issues. Wow Megan, killer marketing moments, yet again.
