Mount Westmore

If you did not know, Mount Westmore is a collective of the hip-hop greats; E-40, Ice Cube, Too $hort and Snoop Dogg. This supergroup made their name and mission known to the world in 2020, and had a killer performance with Triller to kick start the Jake Paul Ben Askren fight in 2021. They’ve released songs like Big Subwoofer, Locked In and Step Child, but there is more on the way.

Like much of the hip-hop industry, this group has a strong interest and involvement in the NFT space. Snoop Dogg for one, has made it a point to set goals saying that Death Row Records would be the first label in the metaverse, and has already done a lot, musically in the space.

Mount Westmore actually did release their album, Bad MFs, as an NFT, yet only as an NFT this summer, and to just 505 people whom were able to snatch a copy. If you are not an NFT collector but you are a hip-hop fan, it is certainly a heavy hit. However, the album is coming to streaming platforms, and then some.

This week, it has been shared that the Mount Westmore album, Bad MFs, will be releasing on streaming platforms on December 9th. Not only will the album now be available to all fans, it is rumored that this version of the album will include unreleased tracks which weren’t featured in the original drop.

Are you excited for the Mount Westmore album? Are you a fan of albums released strictly in the metaverse?
