Styling the Air Force 1 ‘07 Essential

The Nike Air Force 1 is a classic, and they triple whites are out year round. However, summer is here and it is time to spice things up just a bit. The ‘07 Essential is a beautiful neon colorway, but not quite a “Volt” color. The swoosh is 3M, so you glow even more in the dark. Or should I say, shine like a diamond, because that is just what you’ll do in these babies.

Got 3M Kicks?

The swoosh is 3M, and so is the bucket hat. Let’s pair your shine with a more simple graphic tee, and tuck it into your cargo pants that blend in as well (camo joke). This is such a casual and chill look, but styling it the right way is the badass sneaker chick vibe. You could rock this look where the day may bring you - do it with confidence, this simple ain’t regular.

The Light Through the Clouds

While the sneakers are bright with a flash induced light, this matching set has a cloudy print. The silk material will have you feeling like you are in your PJs, but looking like you are ready to party. I think it is a lovely match for a casual night out, running some errands, or a chill kick back at a friends.

Lights Out

The electricity jerseys are one of my favorite designs in sports jersey history. There truly is not a more perfect kick to go with it than these. Whether you are hitting the arena, a sports bar, or just casually rocking a jersey and kicks, this pairing cannot be beat.

Checks Over Stripes

It is certainly summer, but we still have those cool nights on the porch or by the beach. These kicks will be your statement piece when rocking your biker short and body suit all black fit. When the night timie hits, through on your favorite statement jacket to balance out the kicks. This is one of my favorite pieces of all time.

Matchy Match is Back

There was a hott second when it was no longer cute to be super matchy. But honestly, as soon as monochrome came into style, so did matching. This jumpsuit is the most cozy piece of all time, with bodice a bit scandalous enough to rock it as is to the bar, or style with an under tee to wear it to other places as well. The ties on the ankle hold together the fullness of the pant leg, and allow the kicks to come through. Have you seen a better match?

Suit Status

The other thing better than a matching set, is a matching suit set. I almost forgot I had this, and it is just to die for. The olive green of course is not the same as the neon green kicks. But playing off the different tones keeps it interesting. The jogger style of the pants make it the perfect set to rock with a pair of kicks. You could rock this to a brunch, lunch date, or maybe even a networking event.
