To me, Jordan V are for really big dudes with poor style. Or perhaps, small girls and skinny jeans. But absolutely no where in between. I think that the world is on my side with this one, because of all the shade that was going on around this drop. Questions or comments that flood the Hypebeast village:
Do I get it because it’s Off-White? But I hate Jordan 5s. Do you even like 5s? Yeah man, I’ve always loved 5s, super excited about this release.
This is interesting, because I’ve always thought that you can tell a person’s style by the sneakers they wear. Or vice versa. I look at my friends and I’m like, “you’re a 5s type of guy, you’re more of a Stan Smith type of guy, or you probably wear Nike Roshe for style.” Growing up, I actually had a number of 5s, I fall into the small girl portion of my chart so I am not being a hypocrite. Still, my family absolutely hated it and told me no one would want to be my friend dressing like this. What can I say, I enjoy dressing up sneakers. So, overall, I did not cop, but I do like these. However, they’re definitely not for everyone. Do not play yourself.
