The Trunner LX has got to be the ugliest shoe I have ever seen come from Jordan Brand. It basically looks like a Jordan Crocs. However, Jordan Brand has continued to work on the Trunner idea, and come up with sone great products. With the latest release of the Jordan Zoom Trunner Ultimate, I think they’ve hit gold.

This shoe is made for training and performance, but I would wear these similarly to how we style the Nike React Element. Sporty, lightweight, comfortable, but it looks so good. Nike debuted the silhouette in early may in a bright green colorway, called “Rage Green.” As of June 1, Jordan Brand released the two new colorways pictured here, “Light Orewood Brown/Black” and “White/Flash Crimson.” Both colorways are much more easily wearable in your everyday wardrobe. I love both colorways, and would probably buy both if they did not come in men sizes only.

What is so great about this sneaker, is that the technology behind the shoe is the reason why it looks so good. The Trunner Ultimate encompasses a diamond-shaped midsole that acts as a cage holding the Zoom Air cushioning unit throughout the foot. This diamond shape is represented throughout the upper mesh material, as well. The Zoom Air gives plenty of stability and energy return, while the upper gives for a super lightweight silhouette. Green is my favorite color, so I love the neon green branding on the light brown colorway, while the white remains clear but subtle with soft red branding elements.
