Billy Walsh is a fashion designer and stylist of clothing brand, Mr. Completely. He also has written songs for people like Post Malone and the Weeknd. Walsh, like many others in the entertainment industry, has been open about struggling with addiction in the past. Not only did he design the Creeper with PUMA many years ago, but now he back with his own collection, telling his own story.

Here you have the Billy Walsh CELL Venom in an all black and all white. I have previously wrote a style series on my inline version of the CELL Venom, which has got to be my favorite sneaker of all time. It is extremely comfortable, goes with everything, and it looks great, too. This silhouette has a bit of a different take. I love that it is all over leather. The bubble sole looks like it stands for extra comfort. With the extra stitching, from a far, I almost thought this was an Ascis shoe. However, you clearly see the form stripe outlined in the stitching, and additional stitches to represent the scars of ones rocky past. This collection also includes tees and hoodies which mimic the stitching to scars messaging. We all have a past and a history, but it how we overcome it, which defines who we are as individuals.

This collaboration is nothing to sleep on. Billy Walsh has definitely made an impact in the culture, and the product is great as well. Both colorways deserve a spot in the weekly rotation.
