New Balance really has something with their Salehe Bembury relationship. A fantastic footwear designer already, has made a big splash with his previous New Balance collab releases. Next up, the 2002R, “Water Be The Gudie.” Clearly, the elements of Earth have greatly inspired this sneaker. The blue hairy suede overlays to represent the water, green accent details for the grass, brown for the dirt, and the perforated upper details as the wind. A wild silhouette indeed, but one that I see flying off of the shelves.
