Styling the Converse x GOLF le FLEUR* Gianno

3.12.21

Tyler, the Creator and Converse have a lovely collection of the classic Chuck Taylor with a GOLF le Fleur* twist, however, the Gianno is something else. A sneaker that looks like it can take you through the trails, nothing like a Converse you would think of off-hand. In some color ways, the sneaker may be a bit too earthy-crunchy, but I am in love with this one. The colors are light and feminine, but with shape calling for demand. Not only will you be ready for anything that the day may bring, but you will be a fashion trend setter in every group you may pass by.

Hip-Hop Saved My Life

This quote tee, and this look could not be more relatable to my life. I love an oversized t-shirt with biker shorts, and this chain belt just spices it up. I would wear this look to the mall, to a wine night with the girls, or most definitely the Verzuz battle that is going down next Saturday. Make sure to check out the For The SoUle shop to get yours.

Rugged Edge

This is the look you can do for any day of the week. A classic fit of distressed denim and this mock neck sweater bring just the right level of badass to work with these sneakers, and work for any event you have planned for the day. Accessorize with gold statement bracelets, and whatever else you can think of to bring some bling into your life.

Work Hard, Play Harder

The overall jumpsuits just seem to pair well with the chunky sneakers. Each mean business, in terms of your daily tasks and keeping it fashion. The corduroy material feels right with the rugged vibe of the trail kicks, but the light colors keep it fashion forward as ever. I would accessorize or layer with darker pieces to even out the tones. I would wear this look to work, shopping, or a super fun brunch/lunch.

Chain-A-Day

Chunky sneakers and baggy pants. I love the tan pants with the gold zippers to tie into the yellow and brown sneakers. I paired this with a fitted bodysuit to keep it cute, with a gold body chain to match the gold zippers and details on the pants. Layer it with a dark brown puffer to level set the different tones of the look, and you are good to go. A look for the Gram, and anywhere you can flex your fit on your friends.

Pic-Nic le FLEUR*

This matching set is one of the most flattering pieces I have. I love it so much, and it has already been featured on the Gram. The light brown caught my eye to match with these kicks. On top of that, the pattern reminds me of a picnic, while the sneakers remind me of hiking or walking. Both outdoor activities, that I thought we would mash-up for a good streetwear vibe. I would totally wear this to the winery, brewery, or coffee and picnic dates on the calendar.

Rosè and Roses

This rosè-blush-esque satin dress with the light beige vegan leather jacket could not be more of a perfect fit this color way of the sneakers. While the sneakers are chunky and may deem aggressive, the soft pinks and yellows bring the girly spring vibe to life. Paired with the super flattering dressy pieces on top, the two balance themselves out for any day where you want to look your best to fashion friends and your sneaker friends. Basically my day-to-day.
