Styling the Nike Huarache

5.14.21

The Nike Huarache is certainly an oldie but a goodie. A sneaker that can be dressed up or worn super casually, and even athletically, every sneaker enthusiast needs one in their collection. I remember being so thrilled to get my shiny blue pair. They really go with anything and I found a number of looks to wear on different styling occasions. With summer amongst us, we need some cute sneakers as we begin to get outside more often.

From My Soule To My Feet

Of course we have this week’s For The SoUle logo tee, which you can style in endless ways. I paired the crop tee with some high waisted shorts, and a chain belt. I like the chain belt since the materials on the Huarache give a bit of a shiny texture. Of course if we need to be warm I have the blue teddy which matches our kicks perfectly. Super casual, but perfect the brewery or a lunch by the lake, etc.

Athlesuire is Fashion

My Year of Ours workout set is one of my all around favorite outfits I own. Certainly my favorite in this category. The color is beautiful, the fit is really nice, and the waist band has that angle cut to give some extra shape. Obviously, this blue set is the perfect fit for these huaraches. Whether you are headed to the track, or just want to look athletic while you run your errands, this is the look for you. Feel free to layer and accessorize as necessary with different shades within your palate.

Vibes

The Huarache silhouette uses a lot of interesting shapes from the mid sole to the upper, which I thought would look really cool with these cargo pants that cinch at the ankles. The gray camp is just a cool vibe the goes well with the blue. I would throw on a fun, colorful graphic tee (just a bit of blue, with some other complimenting colors). This 3M hat was a fun pairing as well, again playing off of the shiny vibes from the textiles of the kicks. I would rock this look to any causal event, where you really get to flex your outfit. Sneaker shopping on Melrose? See ya there in 10!

Jumper, Baby

A jumpsuit never fails, and it certainly does not when it has gold details. These are always fun to play with while accessorizing, as you can see with this gold chunky bracelet and hair barrette. Rocking this jumpsuit with the Huarache tones it down a bit, allowing you to rock this look wherever your day may take you, without looking overly profesh. Plus, sneakers and office-wear is a total trend nowadays, also.

The Blue Polka Dot Set

Polka dots are certainly still in. They will not go away, you just have to be brave enough to rock them. This set is a wide leg pant and a tie top crop, that pairs perfect with the sneakers. Look like a lady and sneaker queen at the same time, running through the Vineyard, sipping champagne on the boat cruise, or simply a nice little dinner. You cannot be beat in this go-getter look.

Sweater Weather In The Spring

I of course love a matching set, especially one you can wear in between seasons. This seater set halter and skirt is perfect for the weather as we transition into warmer days, but still catch a breeze. The colors are a lighter tone of a soft blue, and need little accessorizing. I would rock this look to a nice dinner on the water, or a winery with the girls. You’ll be just the right of dressed up with just the right amount of casual sneaker goddess at the same damn time.
