Pooh Shiesty Shares Image from Prison on Instagram

Pooh Shiesty was trending as one of the biggest stars in hip-hop when he was sentenced to five years in prison for conspiracy charges, last April. Yesterday, Million Dollaz Worth of Game released an interview with Pooh Shiesty through the jail phone, giving fans forty minutes of joy hearing from the artist in positive spirits.

Three weeks ago, Pooh Shiesty shared a photo on Instagram with a few cellmates claiming his stance on snitching. Fans would assume he is in somewhat good spirits by the post quoting him staying ten-toes, but the podcast episode would do so even further, as Pooh Shiesty makes three prison phone calls to Wallo and Gillie, laughing throughout the entire call.

During the interview, Pooh Shiesty mentions an iPad he has access to where he can listen to music. While away, he has been listening to EST Gee, NBA YoungBoy, Gunna, Big30, and is waiting for Lil Durk’s latest album to be uploaded to the iPad. He mentions Big30 being the rapper holding him down the most while he is away. Big30, Moneybagg Yo and Gucci Mane all came to show their support during Shiesty’s court dates. He also shouted out Free Young Thug when mentioning others.

Of course, music fans would want to know if he has been writing while away. When asked, Pooh Shiesty shared he has been writing so much, he may be sitting on seven to eight albums upon his return. Until then, there should be a new freestyle on the way to keep fans entertained a bit longer. Shiesty believes that with a new law that is projected to pass, he sentence could lessen, and believes he will be home soon. However, we will have to wait and see.
