PGF Nuk, G Herbo Bounce 5.31.23

PGF Nuk is a rising star from Chicago. Last year, he released his debut album Switch Music, with features from EST Gee, Big 30, G Herbo, Polo G and more. With Chicago being one of the hottest cities for hip-hop today, PGF Nuk is certainly one to look out for. It appears that the cosigns will continue, as Polo G is actually PGF Nuk’s cousin, and he just dropped with another G Herbo feature.

First thing this morning, PGF Nuk announced his “three pack” of singles released on streaming services. YEAH and InstaKill are two solo records, which were previously released on YouTube with their own music videos within the past month. This morning, he dropped the hero track Bounce, featuring G Herbo.

The music gives a bit of an eery vibe. The lime green coloring effects are like that of the Green Room horror film. There are also old typewriter lyrics on the screen verbalizing the most intense bars coming from Nuk and Herb. The two have collaborated before, but do not disappoint if you are hoping for the most raw and uncut energy from both parties.

The tempo is low with a bass that makes you feel the Bounce, mentioned throughout the chorus of the track. Each artist reps Chicago in their rhymes. While PGF Nuk shows off his crew of friends, G Herbo is hanging with Yoshon.

I am a fan of this duo, and believe PGF Nuk is one to look out for. Are you feeling the new music from PGF Nuk?
