If you are wondering if this is a joke or not, it is completely serious. Everyone knows the term ‘mom’s spaghetti’ from a favorite Eminem line from ‘Lose Yourself.’

What you may not have known, is that in 2017 Eminem opened up a pop-up shop and restaurant in Detroit selling containers of spaghetti, meatballs and even spaghetti sandwiches. Marshall has been doing various pop-ups since, including a crazy booth at Coachella. There is prime Mom’s Spaghetti packaging, as well as merchandise to go along with the concept.

So now, in a time where our first-line workers are working overtime with no breaks, Eminem wants to give back. Eminem has always used his platform for important causes when necessary, and he did so this week. The Henry Ford Health System of Detroit has shared an Instagram post of the food that Eminem has donated to all of the front line health workers, thanking them for their services during this time.

It seems like whoever is running their Instagram has jokes. Great to see our artists support their local hometowns. Better to see our health care workers in good spirits during this times.
