50 Cent may be known for being a troll on the internet, or his past as quite the successful hip-hop artist. Well, he is also known for his work with STARZ on the super successful hit show, POWER. Now, 50 Cent is bringing something new to STARZ, called BMF. The show will premier on September 26th, and will feature none other, than his good friend, Eminem.

BMF is reportedly a series inspired by “true legends” from The Black Mafia Family. A short, thirty second video trailer showcases a large group dressed like they were from the 80s or 90s, wearing their bucket hats, gold chains and track jackets. They can be seen from the club, to the studio, and even some violent areas.

The film will be based off of events happening in the past in Detroit, so 50 Cent has confirmed Eminem’s involvement in the movie, saying he could not possibly do a show based off of Detroit and not include Eminem. Word is that Eminem’s role in the film will be brief, but the story line is picking up a lot of buzz. Eminem will play Rick Wershe Jr., also known as "White Boy Rick."

White Boy Rick had sold drugs and guns as a part of a Detroit gang, and ended up becoming an informant for the FBI, as a young teenager, around the age of 14. He was supposed to give the FBI news about other drug dealers in the area, until he turned 17 and was dumped and arrested by the feds, with a life sentence in prison.

Interestingly enough, just last year Rick was released from prison, and just a few weeks ago sued the police department for over $100 million. We certainly have ourselves another show here, clearly based off of true events, and they may even be helping the characters in real life at this point. Things are getting wild but I do no know one thing, if you are not subscribed to STARZ just yet, you are going to want to tune in.
