Kanye West makes headlines weekly, but seldom do we hear what we want, which is new music. While recently it seems that Ye has been struggling with his partnerships with corporation giants like GAP and ADIDAS, it appears Ye is having himself some fun, while in London for Paris Fashion Week. One video that has gone viral since he’s been out and about, hints that there may be new music on the way.

Ye’s most recent viral trend has been the bedazzled flip-flops he was photographed wearing, which quickly became a meme. Kanye shared a text conversation of him explaining to, likely A$AP Bari, that he certainly wore the flip-flops knowing they would “go crazy” over the internet. He also had shared a fair amount of fashion photos from runway shows and some celebs he has seen while in town.

Yesterday, a Kanye West fan page from Australia shared a trending video, that appears the artist was sharing new music. The video shows Ye at some sort of booth, holding his phone and playing a song, clearly his voice, while smiling to get the reaction to others around him. He quickly shuts off the song and laughs to say “that’s it for now!”

The fan page suggested he was teasing new music while in London, which sampled the song “Always” from English artist, James Blake. James responded to the tweet and said it is not a sample, “it is new.” James Blake also shared his own tweet that read, “It’s my birthday and @kanyewest is playing tracks we made I’m good for presents thanks.” So, it is clear confirmation that the two have been working together, and there is new music on the way.
