“The holidays are going to be looking different this year” is a phrase that I am excited to never have to hear again. Though, it is true. Many will not get to see their families or loved ones, or will have to do so virtually. This year had been difficult for everyone in one way or another, but it is really what you do with the lessons you have learned, and how you grow from it. Saweetie is someone whom has definitely taken this year by storm, and has proven to be having herself a wonderful holiday season.

Saweetie I would say is one of the many underrated female hip-hop artists right now. She has been rising to popularity since her So Icy track, and her relationship with the main Migos, Quavo. Quavo notoriously slid into Saweetie’s DMs with the snowflake emoji, and the rest is history. The two have a clear love for ice, bling and money, and are a true match made in heaven.

Sure, relationships have been sort of jump-started in the midst of the pandemic, since you have to spend all your time together. However, if you can live through that right away, who is to say you will not be good for life? The couple seems to have been doing extremely well, and I love them together for that. He plays a role in this story, but we will get to that a bit later.

Yesterday, Saweetie posts several Instagram stories, and multiple in-feed spots sharing that she has purchased her own private jet. Flying private is something that we think all artist do, but that frankly is not the case. Sometimes, artists will have to fly in first class, and deal with whomever notices them around. Saweetie expressed her excitement and happiness for being able to purchase her first, very own private jet, to do her traveling. This would especially be big during times of corona virus, so she knows exactly who is riding in the aircraft.

Saweetie’s friends and family were all with her, clapping in the background of her stories shouting out her accomplishment. If we are talking Saweetie, we have to talk about the fit. Of course, Saweetie came through with the ultimate airplane fit. A plain, all gray matching Jordan sweatsuit, Jordan 4s to match, ankle-length gray puffer jacket, red baseball cap, and the most outrageous purse I have ever seen in my life. The purse is shaped and designed to replicate a milk carton. Saweetie tagged Brandon Almengo as the creative designer of the purse so crazy yet so fabulous, only she could pull off.

The stories continued showing Saweetie dancing on her private jet, followed by Quavo sleeping on the private jet. Where exactly were they going, you ask? Well, it appears they were going to pick up Saweetie’s Christmas gift.

Quavo posted earlier in the day, congratulating Saweetie on her accomplish of purchasing her first private jet. What is to come, deserves a congratulations to the two’s relationship, I am finally ready to call this the real deal. Quavo posts about Saweetie all the time, but they have recently gone through a bit of a rough patch, and with the Migos relationship track record, no one could be too sure where their relationship would go. However, Quavo came through with the ultimate Christmas gift for his lady this year.

Yes, the gift was a car. But not just any car. It was a Bentley. But not just any Bentley. This was a custom, icy Bentley made specifically for his icy lady. The white Bentley came with snowflake decals on each side of the car, and ‘Icy’ stitching on the head of each black leather seat underneath the Bentley logo. Saweetie jumped for joy, and was pretty much speechless after Quavo said “Merry Christmas!” Saweetie showed off her new whip on Instagram Live. All her friends and family were still there for the reveal, then the two drove off in the Bentley together.

Migos recently came out with a statement that said they have finally finished Culture III, they are just waiting for the pandemic to let up to give their fans the full album experience. Many have said this project could be do or die for the trio, so it will be especially interesting to see if they come out with this project, any time soon.
