Styling the Jordan 12 Retro Vachetta Tan

The Jordan 12 is one of my favorite silhouettes. So clean in any colorway, but the Vachetta Tan is just my all time favorite. A soft tan suede, with golden accents. It basically screams, wear me to the courts during the day, and to the ball at night. That is exactly what we are going to do here. Even our cozy looks can be spiced up, because lounge wear is basically lux wear nowadays, right?

Casual Extraordinary

Let’s take dressing up the dress down to a new level. With the tan and gold sneakers, I picked out this cute graphic tee. With the black letters, we can color block the kicks for a black pant and teddy cropped jacket. The tee is oversized, so cinch it in waist with this beautiful snake pendant belt, the teddy and any jewelry to spice it up even more. You’ll be looking cute as ever and comfy enough to take a nap. Goals.

The Ultimate Graphic

This graphic tee is from Big Sean’s shop after the release of his album Detroit 2. It is covered on the front, back and sleeves with graphics and lyrics from each of the tracks on the album. I thought this tee looked super dope with a vest and beanie, and these sneakers are the perfect fit with so many orange, yellow and red hues throughout the graphics, it pairs nicely with the tan and gold kicks.

Golden Hour

Let’s not forget how beautiful this sneaker really is. Whoever said you cannot dress up sneakers is wrong. These kicks have gold metal accents that pair quite nicely with any gold jewelry, and this this jumpsuit is a super nice accent. It is oversized, flowy and off the shoulder, but a classic rape belt to tie you in, and cuffs on the ankles so the pants do not over power the sneakers. I would wear this to a Sunday brunch, coffee dates, shopping for like, something expensive? Anywhere you want to look fancy but low key so comfortable at the same time!

Cozy and Street

Suede sneakers and corduroy painter jumpsuit? This screams comfortable. The jumpsuit looks bulky with some metal details, but is as cozy as anything. I love the soft colors with the soft colors of the kicks. This look can be taken to work, a dinner, or any event. Accessorize as necessary.

Chainy Day

Here is your Instagram fit pic of the week. The cargo pants are baggy, with a paperbag snatched waist line, and gold hardware. Couldn’t go more perfectly with these kicks. Throw on a white bodysuit to keep the color-scheme bright, with a gold body chain to spice up the top. This vegan leather crop coat is the perfect top layer ready to take you out on the town for the night.

Pretty Promise

Finally, a look for occasional dress up with sneakers party. This silky polka dot dress is super lightweight and flattering, with a high slit with plenty of flare to show off your new kicks. Keeping it brown and white to accent the light colors of the kicks, with a long teddy trench to match to keep this look weather appropriate. I actually have this dress is like, seven different colors and think they all look so good with the right pair of kicks. I wear my brown dress with my Vachetta Tan 12s, and my black dress with my Sparkling 11s.
