Kanye West is back at it again. A new album dropping on Friday, and a new Yeezy dropping this Saturday. The Blue Oat comes in a reflective and a non-reflective.

For some reason, this sneaker always reminded of dinosaurs, or fossils or something. The knit upper looks like it has a decaying effect of the threads, which is equally executed on the traction on the bottom of the shoes. This colorway in particular I think boasts this idea just as well with the brownish-orange knit upper and rubber sole, along with the splash of blue. Maybe it is just elements of the world, like dirt and water, represented in this shoe.

You might think I am thinking way to into this, but what do you think Kanye was thinking when he designed this? He is always looking at everything like a lesson, an art lesson, when he is in the right mind. I still do not think I can come to make myself purchase a pair (especially this weekend when I am trying to go for the Off-White Sails), but overall I am really into the 380 and am sure, no matter what is going on in Ye’s world, they will sell out.
