Hott Girl Summer to - Cuffing Season?

It'd be a shame if you haven't heard or partaken in having in having a Hot Girl Summer, this Summer '19. Do you know where it started, or what it means? Well, it is obviously about doing you and enjoying your summer, living it up to the fullest. Girls across social media have definitely taken it to mean that while enjoying your Hot Girl Summer, you must be single, and not having a care about your ex who screwed you over, and is probably is trying to get you back. 

Yes, we do have Meagan Thee Stallion to thank for this movement. Meagan is always on her "Hot Girl Shit," and as Beyonce has her "Bey Hive," Meagan has her "Hotties" and they mean business. September 3rd marked the release of her hit song 'Hot Girl Summer', with features including Nicki Minaj, Ty Dolla $ign, and snippets from City Girls and Juicy J. This could have been the anthem of the summer, if 'Cash Sh*t' wasn't already, but it came a little late.

I suppose the controversy comes as the summer is winding down, and it seems Meagan's Hot Girl Summer has been stopped short. As you can see from the photo above, she appears to be quite happy with her boyfriend and rapper, MoneyBagg Yo. I would say this was a long time coming. We've seen them hop out of a tour bus together at awards shows, their vibes seems to match really well, they're both from the south, and I personally just love both of them so I am excited. Hotties are wishing Meagan would be their single-girl-power-hero forever, but it's officially cuffing season. Do you Meagan!

This picture right here, is a couple I did not know that I needed. Kehlani may not have had a typical Hot Girl Summer, seeing as she is a new mother, giving birth this past March. But have you seen her maternity photos? She rightfully deserves a Hot Girl title as well, and was on the market as she had never been in a romantic relationship with the father of her child, who happens to be her guitarist.

Interestingly enough, YG's baby mother just gave birth to their second child in July. Now, this doesn't give us much time at all in-between, but word is they were separated prior to his relationship with Kehlani, and their are no hard feelings on either party. YG says he will still provide for his children and his baby mother, which I have to believe. YG has been through a lot, especially with the recent past of his good friend Nipsey Hussle, and I believe he'll do whatever he can to support his family. 

So quite an interesting story that the two have come together, but the couple was spotted this past week together at New York Fashion Week. After being caught be the press holding hands, the two have confirmed they have been dating for a few months. It's kind of like a couple where I never expected either party to take this cute of a photo, or be in this kind of a relationship. But it is absolutely beautiful. 

I have hope for both these couples, and hope they make it as far as Gucci Mane and Keyshia Ka'oir. Whose your favorite celeb couple?
