Has 50 Cent’s Trolling Gone Too Far?

The internet knows 50 Cent’s trolling behavior better than the Gen Z kids know his actual music. However, when someone is physically injured, do we have to take a step back? Has 50 Cent taken a page from his old, violent beefing days? Or is he just enjoying his life, and it us, who are the ones, that need to stop taking things so seriously?

Recently we’ve heard about 50 Cent chasing down people for the money he is owed. He disowned Tekashi 6ix9ine, whom he once called his son. He has told the world, that he wishes pain on his son. He has dragged multiple women, and innocent people a like. But that doesn’t affect any of us and our health, right?

One of my favorite Instagram feuds has got to be between 50 Cent and Lushux, a graffiti artist from Australia. Lushux is a talented artist, he has a book of his work, and sell prints online. I would say that his specialty is doing portrait mashups, and for sure he is globally infamous for using 50 Cent as his primary muse. Lushux has created multiple giant painted wall mashup portraits of 50 Cent, pairing him with Taylor Swift, Donald Trump, Tekashi 6ix9ine, Mike Tyson, Oprah Winfrey, and more.

50 Cent has reposted nearly all of these paintings. In every one, he says something snarky, like wanting to beat up the artist for painting him with someone he does not like, such as Donald Trump. He does it so often, and so quickly, it is almost as if he is enjoying it, and looking to give the artist some credit. When I think of someone who is a troll, I think of them not really caring about much of anything, and just purposely trying to a rise or a reaction out of others, making them mad. I really do not think 50 Cent is legitimately mad or threatened by these portraits. On the contrary, I believe that 50 Cent finds these paintings hilarious. Not to mention, it is an honor he is the continued face of these paintings when he does not have much of a career left other than Power.

About a week ago, Lushux posted a new mural of 50 Cent pictured as Tekashi 6ix9ine. Coming hot off of their falling out, 50 Cent reposted it with a harmful message:

“i’m sick of this shit, he think i can’t find his ass in australia. i’m a have a knot put right on his fucking head.”

Interestingly enough, Lushux shared on his next portrait that he was jumped by six or seven men on the street in the middle of his next portrait, and sent to the hospital. He shares that this is not the first time he had to fight while doing the job he loves, minding his own business, but that none of this will ever stop him from doing what he does.

Once 50 Cent got word that the artist was hospitalized, he shared a few more images saying that he had nothing to do with the situation, and he wishes the artist well. Quite frankly, I do not believe 50 Cent has the resources or the time and care to ship six members out to Australia to put this artist in a hospital. Why? There is no point, and the paintings are funny. So, I personally think that whoever took the matters into their own hands to hurt the artist, is someone who is just taking this way too seriously. The portraits are meant to laugh at, then you walk away and they get covered up.

Lushux stated he is fine, and does not blame 50 Cent whatsoever for his attack. However, people need to start getting their heads out of the gutter. Art is fun, it is not that serious. Below are a few more of these images images.
