Everyone loves a good karaoke hit, right? An exciting new feature for our signers should be releasing later this month, where Apple Music will include a karaoke feature, so you can sing along to your favorite tracks, and really be the star.

Technically, it is always karaoke in my car when the radio comes on, but there are a few new features to make this a more enhanced and interactive development. One of Apple Music’s greatest features is the ability to view the full lyrics to each song in your library. The lyrics experience is a key component to any karaoke platform, leading Apple Music to create an evolution of the experience, Apple Music Sing.

Apple Music Sing will include several new features to curate your own ideal karaoke experience, and really steal the show. In real karaoke that you may have seen at the bar once or twice before, you are typically given the beat, a microphone and the lyrics, but your favorite artist is not singing behind you. This new feature will include adjustable vocals, so that you can control the vocal levels of the track, without compromising the background music. The real time lyrics will be available to use, and move with you throughout the track. Have a duet, or background singer? These line items will appear independently, or on the opposite side of the screen, for a seamless experience for each vocalist.

Apple Music shares that there will be tens of millions songs available for Apple Music Sing later this month, which will be accessible for Apple Music subscribers worldwide, and can be enjoyed on iPhone, iPad, and the new Apple TV 4K.
