The adidas Superstar is a staple to the brand like the Air Force 1 is to Nike, or the Clyde and Suede is to PUMA. Just a regular tennis show, small bit of a platform, three stripes. In honor of celebrating the 50th anniversary of the adidas Superstar, the brand will launch four new women’s styles, using all jelly-like construction.

The sneakers basically look transparent with a color died into the materials. The colors are great for spring, but you still may want to check your sock game in on point. These shoes seem to give just a slightly higher platform than your typical Superstar, which is nice if you are short and enjoy the help from a comfortable pair of shoes.

I am a bit surprised these are listed $40 of selling price, so we’ll see what happens when they drop. Personally, I do not know when they forecasted for these styles, but I think this idea went out of style three years ago.
